Summary
This site collects as little personal data as possible. No behavioural tracking cookies are set. No advertising or marketing trackers are embedded. The only personal data intentionally collected is the email address of visitors who voluntarily join the waitlist.
Controller
The data controller is Neto Ventures (in formation), acting through its operators. For data-protection questions, contact miguel@netoventures.com.
What is collected
- Waitlist email address. If you submit the waitlist form, we store the email address you provide and the date you confirmed the submission. No other profile data is collected, inferred, or appended.
- Form submission metadata. The form provider (Formspree, Inc., United States) records standard submission metadata (timestamp, originating IP address, user agent) as part of delivering each submission to us. This data is handled under the provider's privacy policy and security controls.
- Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, path, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These are retained for the minimum period the provider offers and are not used to profile visitors.
What is not collected
- No advertising cookies.
- No cross-site tracking pixels.
- No behavioural analytics that identify individuals.
- No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
Email addresses submitted to the waitlist are used for one reason only: to notify you when Neto Ventures is authorized to begin operations. Under the Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by actively submitting the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address in "Your rights" below.
Retention
Your address is kept only until one of the following happens: (i) we send the single launch notification, after which it is deleted unless you tell us you want to stay in touch; or (ii) you ask for it to be removed sooner.
Service providers
The waitlist form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which acts as our data processor and delivers each submission to us by email. Formspree processes your email strictly under our instructions; its own privacy policy applies to any data it independently collects (for example, service security logs).
Because Formspree is US-based, submitting the form results in a transfer of your personal data to the United States. We rely on the processor's Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards for that transfer. If you do not wish to have your data processed in this way, please do not submit the form — you can contact us directly at miguel@netoventures.com instead.
Your rights
Under LGPD and GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update that data;
- request its deletion ("right to be forgotten");
- withdraw consent at any time;
- object to processing or request its restriction;
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with the Brazilian Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) or the Portuguese Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. If a future change introduces cookies for a legitimate purpose, this page will be updated and an appropriate notice shown where required.

Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page. Minor clarifications may be made without notice.
